Call data regarding sewers
and public space

Municipalities receive around three million citizens' call data annually regarding the management of public spaces. A significant portion of these reports concerns the maintenance condition of objects such as road potholes, fallen trees, or blocked sewers. These data can serve as a valuable source of information for asset management, complementing other sources like inspections, which provide a snapshot, or theoretical models that assume an ideal maintenance state.

We have extensive experience in making these call data usable and conducting report analyses for areas such as urban water, greenery, roads, and public lighting. This allows us to answer questions like, "Does different maintenance lead to less municipal call data?" or "Which system components are causing the most issues?"

For Stichting RIONED and CROW, we have designed a standardized way of recording management-relevant call data concerning urban water (GWSW-MELD) and public spaces (BOR-MELD).
